Quantity & Additional Pieces

Each collection includes ten table number and menu signs and one bar sign. The collection price will not be reduced if fewer than ten table signs are required.

Need more than ten tables or an additional bar sign? Additional table number and menu signs and bar signs may be purchased separately through the corresponding product links.

Additional pieces must coordinate with the design selected for your Wedding Signage Collection™. Requests for a separate or substantially different design may require an additional design fee.

Outdoor Display Notice

Foam board is intended for indoor or fully covered display and is not waterproof or weather resistant. Any foam-board sign placed outdoors must be protected from rain, moisture, and strong wind.

Easels, floral arrangements, venue décor, local delivery, setup, and installation are not included.

Personalization & Proofing

After ordering, you will provide the couple’s names, wedding date, preferred wording, wedding colors, and applicable design selections.

Please review all names, dates, spelling, colors, and wording carefully before granting final proof approval. Changes requested after final approval may require additional design, production, and shipping charges.

Production Timeline

Personalization and proofing begin after your order and all required personalization information, wording, photographs (if applicable), and design selections have been received. Once your final proof is approved in writing, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for printing, production, quality review, and preparation for shipment.

Shipping transit time is additional and is not included in the 3–4 week production timeline. Delays in submitting required information, responding to proof requests, or approving the final design may affect the completion and estimated delivery timeframe.

Complimentary Standard Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included.

Expedited shipping, address corrections, and reshipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information are not included. Any applicable additional shipping charges must be paid before the order is shipped.

Freestanding easels and display hardware for the 24 × 36 signs are not included. Tabletop holders for the 5 × 7 table signs and 8.5 × 11 bar sign are included as specified in the selected collection.
