Processing Time

As our products are custom-made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and production. The exact processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the item and order volume. We strive to complete each order with care and attention to detail.

Processing For Custom Party Favors Only

  • Standard processing: 7–14 business days

  • Rush orders available, additional charge (contact us before placing)

*We recommend placing your order 3-4 weeks before items are needed. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries from the post office since it is not in our control*

Due to the nature of these items being custom-made to order, all purchases are non-refundable.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and item weight. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days

Important Notes:

  • Processing time and shipping time are separate.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you do not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

International shipping

S & M Unique Shirts, LLC ships to select international destinations, for now. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within [3–5 business days]. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery times vary by country:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the US.

Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to customs holds or carrier issues. Please contact customs or carrier if your package hasn't arrived within [30 days] of the estimated delivery date.
