S & M Unique Shirts, LLC may refuse any order that appears to violate intellectual-property rights, applicable law, or company standards.
Custom Orders and Final-Sale Policy
Most products offered by S & M Unique Shirts, LLC and S & M Signature Weddingsâ„¢ are customized, personalized, or made specifically for the customer.
Because custom products cannot ordinarily be restocked or resold, custom and personalized orders are considered final sale once design work, material purchasing, production, or personalization has begun.
Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund due to:
Customer changes of mind
Incorrect spelling, dates, quantities, sizes, colors, addresses, or other information supplied or approved by the customer
Failure to review or identify an error in an approved proof
Minor variations in color, placement, material, texture, or appearance resulting from screen displays, printing processes, handcrafted production, or material availability
Event cancellation, postponement, venue changes, or other circumstances outside the control of S & M Unique Shirts, LLC
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to products that are defective, materially inconsistent with the approved order, or not delivered.
Proof Approval
When a digital or physical proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, spelling, grammar, dimensions, quantities, colors, placement, and other order details.
Production may begin after written or electronic approval. Changes requested after approval may require additional design fees, material costs, production charges, or an adjusted completion date.
S & M Unique Shirts, LLC is not responsible for customer-submitted or customer-approved errors.
Product Representation
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may vary between computer screens, mobile devices, printers, materials, fabric types, paper stocks, acrylic, substrates, inks, and production methods.
Product photographs, mockups, and samples are intended to provide a general representation. Handcrafted, custom, and personalized products may contain reasonable variations that do not constitute defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, S & M Unique Shirts, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, use, delay, loss, or inability to use any product or service.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total liability of S & M Unique Shirts, LLC will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
