1. Check with Your Venue
Before selecting your signage, ask your venue or coordinator what is already provided, including table numbers, directional signs, reserved signs, easels, and display stands. This helps you focus on the personalized pieces you need.
2. Choose Signs That Support Your Celebration

Welcome Sign: Creates a beautiful first impression and welcomes guests to your ceremony or reception.

Seating Chart: Helps guests locate their assigned tables. If you are using escort cards instead, you may not need a seating chart.

Table Numbers: Help guests find the table listed on their seating chart or escort card. Plan for one per guest table.

Bar Menu: Displays available beverages or signature drinks so guests can easily see their options.
Depending on your venue and plans, you may also want reserved seating signs, directional signs, or signs for your gift and card table. Contact us to discuss requests beyond the items listed in your selected package.

4. Choose Your Design Approach

Fully Custom Signage: Choose a design created around your wedding vision, with the scope outlined in the selected listing.
Available sizes, materials, personalization options, and pricing are shown on each product page.
5. Personalize, Approve, and Celebrate
- Select your individual sign or signage package and any available upgrades or additional quantities.
- Complete the personalization fields on the product page and place your order using an available payment option.
- After your required payment is received, we will prepare your digital proof for review. Production begins after final proof approval.

Your pieces are inspected before being shipped to you. Standard shipping is included with our wedding signage products and packages. Items may arrive separately.
