Unlike our pre-designed seating charts, this option begins with your inspiration and is developed into a custom design that coordinates beautifully with your wedding aesthetic.

A beautiful option for smaller guest lists and more compact reception displays. The final number of tables and names that can be accommodated will depend on the length of the names and requested layout.

Recommended for larger guest lists, additional tables, and designs requiring more spacing for comfortable readability.

AVAILABLE MATERIALS

FOAM BOARD

A lightweight 3/16-inch rigid board with a smooth matte finish. Foam board is recommended for indoor or fully covered display and must be protected from rain, moisture and strong wind.

ACRYLIC

Premium 3/16-inch durable acrylic with the design printed directly on the back and a white underbase for added vibrancy and depth. Acrylic provides a polished, elevated presentation for formal and luxury wedding celebrations.

HOW THE CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS WORKS

1. Select your preferred size and material.
2. Provide your names, wedding date, colors, design inspiration and guest list.
3. Upload any photographs or artwork you would like considered for the design.
4. Receive a digital proof for your review.
5. Submit any requested changes within the two included revision rounds.
6. Approve the final design before production begins.

GUEST-LIST REQUIREMENTS

Please submit the final guest list exactly as it should appear, organized by table. Carefully verify the spelling of every guest’s name before submitting your information.

Guest-list changes submitted after final design approval may require an additional revision fee and could affect the production schedule.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• This product is for a newly created custom design, not a pre-designed template.
• Design work begins after payment, and all required information has been received.
• Production will not begin until written approval of the final proof is received.
• Colors may vary slightly between computer or mobile screens and the finished printed product.
• Easels, floral arrangements, candles, venue décor, local delivery, setup, and installation are not included.
• Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated during checkout.
• Rush service is subject to availability and requires an additional fee.
