Bulk-Order Savings

Orders of 25 or more qualifying shirts automatically receive 10% off the qualifying merchandise total. The discount does not apply to back-design fees or other additional services.

Ordering multiple sizes? Select a size and quantity, add it to your cart, and repeat these steps for each additional size. The bulk discount will apply automatically when the combined qualifying quantity reaches 25 shirts.

Processing and Production

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and production after your mock-up receives final approval. 
• This timeframe applies to custom orders and may vary based on order size, design complexity, product availability, and the time required to receive customer approval.
• Orders containing 100 or more items may require additional production time. 
• Shipping transit time begins after production is completed and is determined by the shipping method selected at checkout.

• If you have a specific event date, please include it with your order. Providing an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date unless arrangements have been confirmed in advance.

Mock-Ups and Revisions

• You will receive a watermarked digital mock-up for approval before production begins. 
• First two standard revisions: included.
• Additional minor revisions: $5 each.
• Major redesigns or a new design direction: quoted separately, starting at $15–$25 
• Once you provide final approval and production begins, no additional design changes can be made.

• A back design may be added for $8 per shirt.

Up to two standard revisions are included during the proofing stage. Additional minor revisions are $5 each. Requests that introduce a new concept, replace the original artwork, or substantially change an approved design may require an additional design fee, which will be quoted before work continues.

Artwork Requirements

Please upload the original, highest-resolution version of your artwork. Screenshots, blurry images, and watermarked files cannot be accepted. We will not remove watermarks from submitted artwork.

By submitting an image, logo, character, photograph, or other artwork, you confirm that you own the material or have authorization to use it. S & M Unique Shirts, LLC reserves the right to decline artwork that may infringe upon another party’s copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
